1. Program Scope
These Terms apply to Affiliates who promote Wild & Organic through:
- UpPromote (our affiliate platform);
- Shopify Collabs; or
- the YouTube Shopping affiliate program.
These Terms do not apply to creators who promote Wild & Organic through the Amazon Influencer Program, Amazon Creator Connections, or the TikTok Shop Affiliate program. Those collaborations are governed by the rules of the respective platform and any separate agreement with Wild & Organic.
Where Shopify Collabs or YouTube handles tracking, commission rates, or payouts for an Affiliate, the settings and terms of that platform apply to those items. These Terms apply to everything else, including content guidelines, disclosures, and prohibited activities.
2. Program Eligibility & Approval
We welcome content creators, wellness enthusiasts, bloggers, publishers, and other individuals interested in sharing Wild & Organic products.
- The Program is open only to residents of the United States with a valid U.S. mailing address.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Applicants must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- Affiliates must maintain at least one genuine, accessible promotional channel.
- There is no minimum follower requirement.
- All applications are subject to review and approval.
Wild & Organic reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate applications or participation based on Program eligibility, compliance, or legitimate business concerns.
Approval into the Affiliate Program does not automatically grant Brand Ambassador status, free products, or paid collaboration opportunities.
3. Affiliate Commissions
Approved Affiliates earn a 20% commission on qualifying sales generated through their assigned affiliate links or promotional codes.
The Program applies only to purchases made on wildandorganic.com (including checkouts through YouTube Shopping that are processed by our store). Purchases on Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other marketplaces and retailers are not eligible for commission.
Subscription orders. Affiliates earn a 20% commission on the first subscription order and on each recurring subscription order placed by a customer attributed to the Affiliate, for as long as the subscription remains active and the Affiliate remains in good standing in the Program.
Commissions are calculated on the eligible product subtotal, excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, gift cards, and other non-qualifying charges.
Commissions are not earned on:
- Cancelled or charged-back orders.
- Fraudulent, manipulated, or otherwise invalid transactions.
- Orders that cannot be properly attributed to the Affiliate.
- Self-referrals or purchases made to artificially generate commissions.
- Transactions that violate these Terms.
Refunds. If an order is refunded, in whole or in part, the corresponding commission is cancelled. If that commission has already been paid, the amount will be deducted from the Affiliate's future payouts.
Additional incentives, performance bonuses, or special commission rates may be offered to selected Affiliates at Wild & Organic's discretion and will be communicated separately.
4. Affiliate Links, Promo Codes & Tracking
Approved Affiliates receive access to their affiliate dashboard, where they can view available referral links, promotional codes, commissions, and performance information.
- Affiliate links and promotional codes must be used as assigned.
- Promotional codes may only be advertised when explicitly authorized.
- Multiple affiliate referrals or discounts do not generate duplicate commissions for the same eligible order.
- Attribution is determined by the Program's tracking system and applicable referral rules.
The standard referral cookie duration in UpPromote is 30 days, subject to the tracking settings displayed in the Affiliate dashboard. Shopify Collabs and YouTube Shopping use their own attribution windows.
Tracking may be affected by browser settings, cookie restrictions, ad blockers, or other technical limitations. Wild & Organic cannot guarantee attribution for transactions that cannot be reliably tracked.
5. Payouts
This section applies to payouts made by Wild & Organic. Where Shopify Collabs or YouTube pays the Affiliate directly, that platform's payout schedule and methods apply.
Schedule. Commissions are paid monthly, by the 10th day of each month, for qualifying orders from the previous calendar month. There is no minimum payout amount.
Payout method. Each Affiliate chooses one of the following:
- Zelle; or
- Wild & Organic store credit for use on wildandorganic.com.
Tax information. Before receiving payouts, Affiliates must submit a completed IRS Form W-9. Wild & Organic may issue tax forms (such as Form 1099) as required by law. Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes.
Missing or invalid details. If an Affiliate has not provided payout details or a W-9 by the 10th of the month, or if the details provided are invalid or incomplete, Wild & Organic may postpone the payout to the next monthly payout date. This may be repeated each month until valid details are received. Postponed amounts remain credited to the Affiliate and are not forfeited for this reason alone.
All commissions are subject to validation. Wild & Organic may review orders for cancellations, chargebacks, refunds, suspected fraud, or violations of Program rules, and may temporarily hold affected commissions while a review is underway.
6. Product Gifting & Creator Opportunities
Selected Affiliates may be invited to receive complimentary Wild & Organic products for personal evaluation or content creation.
Product gifting is not guaranteed and is subject to approval, product availability, shipping eligibility, and campaign requirements.
- Gifted products are shipped to U.S. addresses only.
- Wild & Organic determines which products are available for gifting.
- Shipping information is requested when needed to fulfill an approved product opportunity.
- Specific content deliverables, deadlines, and posting requirements will be communicated separately for each gifted collaboration.
- Receiving a gifted product does not automatically entitle an Affiliate to monetary compensation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, participation in the standard Affiliate Program does not require a fixed posting schedule or exclusivity.
7. Affiliate Growth & Brand Ambassador Opportunities
Wild & Organic offers a growth pathway for Affiliates who demonstrate strong performance, authentic content, and consistent engagement:
Affiliate → Top Affiliate → Brand Ambassador
Selected Affiliates may be considered for additional benefits, exclusive campaigns, special incentives, or Brand Ambassador status.
These opportunities are invitation-based and subject to separate approval. No specific level of sales, engagement, or Program participation guarantees advancement.
8. Content Guidelines & Product Claims
We encourage authentic, creative, and educational content that reflects genuine personal experiences with Wild & Organic products.
Our products are dietary supplements. Affiliates agree to:
- Share honest opinions and accurate product information.
- Use only product descriptions and claims supported by approved Wild & Organic materials.
- Never state or imply that our products diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- Not give medical advice or recommend serving sizes other than those on the product label. Audiences with medical conditions, those who are pregnant or nursing, or those taking medication should be referred to a healthcare professional.
- Not direct content at children under 18.
- Avoid false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated statements, misleading before-and-after comparisons, fabricated testimonials, and guaranteed-result claims.
- Not post reviews of Wild & Organic products on wildandorganic.com, Amazon, or other retail platforms in exchange for commissions, gifted products, or other compensation.
- Respect applicable intellectual property and advertising requirements.
Wild & Organic may request the correction or removal of content that violates these requirements, and Affiliates agree to make such corrections promptly.
Content ownership. Affiliates retain ownership of their original content. By participating, Affiliates grant Wild & Organic a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to repost or share their Program-related posts on Wild & Organic's own social media channels and website, with credit to the Affiliate. This does not include paid advertising, whitelisting, or editing rights; any such use must be agreed upon separately in writing.
9. Advertising Disclosures & FTC Compliance
Affiliates must clearly disclose their material relationship with Wild & Organic whenever promoting our products. This includes affiliate commissions, gifted products, special discounts, or other incentives.
Disclosures must comply with applicable Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requirements and relevant advertising laws.
Examples of appropriate disclosures include:
- "I earn a commission from qualifying purchases."
- "Gifted by Wild & Organic."
- "#ad" or "#affiliate".
Disclosures must be clear and noticeable:
- Place them at the beginning of the caption or post, not hidden among other hashtags or behind a "more" link.
- In video and live content, state the disclosure out loud and show it on screen.
- Include a disclosure in each post, not only in a profile bio.
Platform disclosure tools may be used but do not necessarily replace an adequate disclosure in the content itself.
10. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- Fake followers, artificial engagement, bots, or deceptive traffic generation.
- Fraudulent orders, commission manipulation, or unauthorized self-referrals.
- Misleading promotional claims or impersonation.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive advertising.
- Unauthorized use of Wild & Organic trademarks or brand identity.
- Advertising unauthorized promotional codes.
- Posting promotional codes on coupon or deal websites, or distributing them through browser extensions or toolbars.
- Cookie stuffing or other manipulation of affiliate attribution.
- Promotion through unlawful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.
- Misrepresenting an Affiliate's relationship with Wild & Organic.
Paid search advertising using Wild & Organic trademarks or confusingly similar brand terms, including bidding on brand keywords and direct-linking ads to wildandorganic.com, requires prior written approval.
11. Account Verification & Fraud Prevention
Wild & Organic reserves the right to review Affiliate accounts and referral activity to protect the integrity of the Program.
We may request reasonable verification information, including updated social media profiles, proof of control over promotional channels, or information needed to investigate unusual referral activity.
Where suspicious activity is identified, we may temporarily suspend referral privileges or hold affected commissions while the matter is reviewed.
Affiliates will have an opportunity to provide clarification when reasonably appropriate. Wild & Organic may terminate participation or invalidate commissions when a violation is substantiated.
12. Brand Assets & Marketing Materials
Wild & Organic may provide approved logos, product images, banners, campaign materials, and promotional copy for Affiliate use.
Affiliates may use these materials solely for authorized Program promotion and must not alter brand assets in a misleading manner.
All Wild & Organic trademarks, logos, product names, and proprietary materials remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Independent Relationship
Affiliates participate as independent promotional partners.
Participation does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Affiliate and Wild & Organic. Affiliates may not make commitments or statements on behalf of Wild & Organic.
Affiliates are responsible for their own applicable taxes, business expenses, and legal compliance.
14. Suspension & Termination
Affiliates may leave the Program at any time by contacting ambassadors@wildandorganic.com.
Wild & Organic may suspend or terminate participation for violations of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, prolonged inactivity (no referred sales for 12 consecutive months), or other legitimate Program-related reasons.
Following termination, Affiliates must stop using Program-specific promotional materials, links, and codes.
Commissions after termination:
- If an Affiliate leaves the Program, or is removed for reasons other than a violation, valid commissions earned before termination will be paid on the next regular payout date, subject to Section 5.
- If an Affiliate is terminated for a violation of these Terms, all unpaid commissions are forfeited and will not be paid, to the extent the payout is controlled by Wild & Organic.
15. Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wild & Organic, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, fines, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from the Affiliate's content, claims about our products, failure to disclose the relationship as required, or other breach of these Terms.
16. Limitation of Liability
The Program is provided "as is." Wild & Organic does not guarantee uninterrupted tracking or any level of earnings. To the extent permitted by law, Wild & Organic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and its total liability to an Affiliate will not exceed the commissions paid or payable to that Affiliate in the 12 months before the claim.
17. Changes to the Program
Wild & Organic may update these Terms, commission structures, promotional opportunities, or Program features.
Material changes will be communicated through appropriate Program channels or by updating the published Terms with a new effective date. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed.
18. Privacy & Personal Information
Personal information collected through the Program, including Affiliate application details, payout and tax information, and shipping details for gifted products, is handled in accordance with the Wild & Organic Privacy Policy.
Affiliate tracking and administration are supported by third-party platforms, including UpPromote, Shopify Collabs, and YouTube. These platforms also process information under their own privacy policies.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
20. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between the Affiliate and Wild & Organic regarding the Program, unless a separate written agreement applies. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Affiliates may not assign their participation or rights under these Terms without our written consent. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
