Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over $69 within the US. The $69 is your pre-tax total after all discounts and coupon codes.
Under $69, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and package. Priority and Expedited options are also available at checkout — these are never included in free shipping.
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time, excluding holidays). During sales and holidays it can take a little longer. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
We ship with Amazon Logistics, UPS, USPS and FedEx. Once your order ships, tracking goes to the email you used at checkout. Some products ship from different warehouses, so your order may arrive in two or more packages — and you may get more than one tracking number.
Please double-check your shipping address before you place the order. We process orders quickly and can't change the address once an order has been submitted for fulfillment. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away — we'll do our best, but changes aren't guaranteed.

Returns & Guarantee
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If the product isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with store credit toward your next order. No reason needed, and nothing to ship back.
Why nothing comes back to us. Our supplements are sealed, and once a bottle leaves our warehouse we can't verify how it was stored. That's why all sales are final and we don't accept returns — you keep the product, and we cover you with credit.
Damaged, defective, or never arrived? That's different, and that's when we refund your original payment method (or send a replacement, your choice):
- Damaged or defective on arrival — contact us within 7 days of delivery, photos help.
- Lost or not delivered — contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
- Our mistake, like the wrong item — within 7 days of delivery.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
One natural-product note. Color, smell, and taste can shift slightly from batch to batch — that's normal for plant-based ingredients, and it's covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee.
Good to know. Orders of 5 or more units or totaling $200+ are Final Sale for change-of-mind requests. Once an order has a tracking number, it can't be canceled or changed.
Need help? Email support@wildandorganic.com with your order number — we'll take it from there.

FAQ
What are the health benefits of chaga extract tincture?
Chaga is a nutrient-rich mushroom, packed with polysaccharides, beta-glucans, antioxidants and various vitamins. Known for its immune-supporting and antioxidant properties, it helps strengthen the body’s natural defenses. It also supports digestive health and may contribute to maintaining heart health.
What are the benefits of tinctures when compared to other supplement forms?
Tinctures offer several advantages over traditional supplement forms:
Rapid Absorption: Tinctures are absorbed quickly, usually within minutes, bypassing digestion to deliver active ingredients directly into the bloodstream.
High Absorption Rate: With a remarkable 98% absorption rate, they ensure maximum benefit from each dose, surpassing many traditional supplements.
Naturally Sweetened: Enhanced with glycerin, our tinctures are naturally sweet without any added sugar, making them ideal for those mindful of their sugar intake.
Longer Shelf Life: Glycerin acts as a preservative, helping tinctures maintain their potency and effectiveness over time, outlasting most other supplement forms.
What is your recommended chaga tincture dosage?
Our recommended chaga extract dosage is 1 full dropper, taken two times a day.
How to take chaga mushroom tincture? Follow these guidelines:
- Shake the tincture bottle before use.
- Gently squeeze the dropper bulb to fill it with the desired amount.
- Mix the full dropper into at least 2 ounces of water, or add it to your favorite beverage like coffee or a smoothie. The natural sweetness of glycerin enhances the flavor.
- Sip and enjoy!
For optimal results, use consistently for three months to experience lasting, full-spectrum health benefits.
How can I extend my tincture’s shelf life?
To extend the shelf life of your tincture, follow these simple steps:
- Store the tincture in a cool, dark place to protect it from heat and light, which can reduce its effectiveness over time. Refrigeration is allowable.
- Always secure the cap or dropper lid tightly after each use to minimize air exposure and preserve freshness.
- Avoid touching the dropper with your mouth or other surfaces to prevent bacteria from contaminating the tincture and shortening its shelf life.
Can kids take this extract?
No. This extract is formulated for adults and isn’t intended for children. Kids have their own developmental and nutritional needs, and adult-strength herbal blends may not be appropriate for them. If you’re considering any supplement for your child, be sure to talk with their pediatrician first.
Can I use this tincture if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
It’s best to avoid any new supplements during pregnancy or while breastfeeding unless your healthcare provider specifically recommends them. Your body is more sensitive during these times, and even mild plant-based ingredients can act differently. For your safety and your baby’s, always consult your doctor before adding any herbal products to your routine.
Can I give these products to my pets?
No. These supplements are formulated for humans only. Animals process herbal compounds in different ways and require species-specific formulas and dosing. To keep your pet safe, check with a veterinarian about choosing supplements created specifically for animals.
