Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over $69 within the US. The $69 is your pre-tax total after all discounts and coupon codes.
Under $69, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and package. Priority and Expedited options are also available at checkout — these are never included in free shipping.
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time, excluding holidays). During sales and holidays it can take a little longer. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
We ship with Amazon Logistics, UPS, USPS and FedEx. Once your order ships, tracking goes to the email you used at checkout. Some products ship from different warehouses, so your order may arrive in two or more packages — and you may get more than one tracking number.
Please double-check your shipping address before you place the order. We process orders quickly and can't change the address once an order has been submitted for fulfillment. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away — we'll do our best, but changes aren't guaranteed.
Questions? Email support@wildandorganic.com — we're happy to help.
Returns & Guarantee
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If the product isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with store credit toward your next order. No reason needed, and nothing to ship back.
Why nothing comes back to us. Our supplements are sealed, and once a bottle leaves our warehouse we can't verify how it was stored. That's why all sales are final and we don't accept returns — you keep the product, and we cover you with credit.
Damaged, defective, or never arrived? That's different, and that's when we refund your original payment method (or send a replacement, your choice):
- Damaged or defective on arrival — contact us within 7 days of delivery, photos help.
- Lost or not delivered — contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
- Our mistake, like the wrong item — within 7 days of delivery.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
One natural-product note. Color, smell, and taste can shift slightly from batch to batch — that's normal for plant-based ingredients, and it's covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee.
Good to know. Orders of 5 or more units or totaling $200+ are Final Sale for change-of-mind requests. Once an order has a tracking number, it can't be canceled or changed.
Need help? Email support@wildandorganic.com with your order number — we'll take it from there.

FAQ
Is chanca piedra the same as stone breaker?
Yes, chanca piedra (Phyllanthus niruri) is commonly known as stone breaker. The name comes from its traditional use in South American herbal medicine, where it has been used to support kidney and gallbladder health.
What are the tinctures’ benefits?
Tinctures offer a range of unique advantages, setting them apart from various forms of supplements:
- Quick Absorption: The liquid form of tinctures enables quick absorption, within minutes, allowing for the quick entry of active components into the bloodstream.
- Enhanced Bioavailability: With an impressive 98% absorption rate, our tinctures surpass the effectiveness of other supplement forms, ensuring that you reap the maximum benefits.
- Sugar-Free Alternative: Ideal for those keeping an eye on their sugar intake, our tinctures are free from sugars. The sweetness is derived from natural vegetable glycerin.
- Prolonged Potency: The natural preservative properties of glycerin allow our tinctures to maintain their freshness and potency for an extended period, ensuring long-lasting efficacy.
- Convenient for Mobility: The compact design of our bottles allows for effortless carrying. Whether you’re at home, at work, or on the move, they seamlessly fit into your lifestyle, allowing for immediate use at any time, any place.
How to take these drops?
We advise taking 1 full dropper of our stone breaker drops three (3) times daily or follow the instructions of your healthcare provider.
Guidelines for use:
- Ensure the bottle is well-shaken.
- Gently squeeze the dropper bulb to draw the tincture into it.
- Combine a full dropper of the tincture with at least 4 ounces of water, coffee, a smoothie or any preferred beverage. The natural sweetness from glycerin in the tincture complements any beverage, adding a subtle sweet taste.
- Enjoy the drink!
For optimal results, maintaining a regular regimen for three months is recommended, allowing the benefits to profoundly and sustainably impact your health.
How do I store my tincture safely?
Here are a few suggestions to extend the longevity of your tincture:
Place the tincture in a cool and dark spot, away from direct sunlight. Exposure to light and heat can compromise the quality of the tincture. Refrigeration is allowable.
Post usage, it’s crucial to securely close the cap to prevent exposure to air, which can cause oxidation and spoil the tincture.
Avoid any contact between the dropper and your mouth or any surface. This will help in preventing any bacterial contamination and maintaining the tincture's integrity.
Can kids take these supplements?
No. These products are formulated for adults only. Children should use supplements specifically designed to support their age and growth needs.
Can I use this tincture if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
If you are pregnant or nursing, supplement use should be approached with medical care. Always speak with a qualified healthcare professional before using this tincture.
Can I give these products to my pets?
No. Supplements made for humans may not be safe for animals. Pets should only use products formulated and approved for veterinary use.
