Free standard shipping on orders over $69 within the US. The $69 is your pre-tax total after all discounts and coupon codes.
Under $69, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and package. Priority and Expedited options are also available at checkout — these are never included in free shipping.
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time, excluding holidays). During sales and holidays it can take a little longer. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
We ship with Amazon Logistics, UPS, USPS and FedEx. Once your order ships, tracking goes to the email you used at checkout. Some products ship from different warehouses, so your order may arrive in two or more packages — and you may get more than one tracking number.
Please double-check your shipping address before you place the order. We process orders quickly and can't change the address once an order has been submitted for fulfillment. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away — we'll do our best, but changes aren't guaranteed.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If the product isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with store credit toward your next order. No reason needed, and nothing to ship back.
Why nothing comes back to us. Our supplements are sealed, and once a bottle leaves our warehouse we can't verify how it was stored. That's why all sales are final and we don't accept returns — you keep the product, and we cover you with credit.
