Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over $69 within the US. The $69 is your pre-tax total after all discounts and coupon codes.
Under $69, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and package. Priority and Expedited options are also available at checkout — these are never included in free shipping.
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time, excluding holidays). During sales and holidays it can take a little longer. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
We ship with Amazon Logistics, UPS, USPS and FedEx. Once your order ships, tracking goes to the email you used at checkout. Some products ship from different warehouses, so your order may arrive in two or more packages — and you may get more than one tracking number.
Please double-check your shipping address before you place the order. We process orders quickly and can't change the address once an order has been submitted for fulfillment. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away — we'll do our best, but changes aren't guaranteed.

Returns & Guarantee
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If the product isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with store credit toward your next order. No reason needed, and nothing to ship back.
Why nothing comes back to us. Our supplements are sealed, and once a bottle leaves our warehouse we can't verify how it was stored. That's why all sales are final and we don't accept returns — you keep the product, and we cover you with credit.
Damaged, defective, or never arrived? That's different, and that's when we refund your original payment method (or send a replacement, your choice):
- Damaged or defective on arrival — contact us within 7 days of delivery, photos help.
- Lost or not delivered — contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
- Our mistake, like the wrong item — within 7 days of delivery.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
One natural-product note. Color, smell, and taste can shift slightly from batch to batch — that's normal for plant-based ingredients, and it's covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee.
Good to know. Orders of 5 or more units or totaling $200+ are Final Sale for change-of-mind requests. Once an order has a tracking number, it can't be canceled or changed.
Need help? Email support@wildandorganic.com with your order number — we'll take it from there.

FAQ
What’s your recommended goat’s rue supplement dosage?
The recommended serving is two (2) capsules daily, unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional.
- Taking capsules with food may support comfortable digestion and absorption.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
- Speak with a healthcare provider before changing dosage.
- If you miss a dose, simply resume the next day, do not double up.
For optimal results, daily use for around three months is suggested. This allows the botanical ingredients to integrate gradually into your routine and provide steady support over time.
Why choose your capsules?
Capsules are commonly chosen over traditional goat's rue pills because they offer a smoother and more comfortable experience. The vegetable cellulose capsule is easy to swallow and avoids the hardness often associated with tablets.
This format helps support gentle digestion and allows the ingredients to be released gradually. The capsule shell also helps protect the contents from air and moisture, preserving freshness and quality throughout the product’s shelf life. Overall, capsules provide a simple and reliable way to supplement daily.
How should I store these capsules?
For best storage results:
- Keep the bottle in a cool, dry area.
- Avoid heat and direct sunlight.
- Do not refrigerate.
- Store away from high-humidity locations.
- Keep out of reach of children.
Can kids take these galega officinalis capsules?
No. This supplement is intended for adult use only. Children require different nutritional approaches, and this product is not formulated for pediatric use. Always consult a pediatric healthcare professional.
