Under $69, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and package. Priority and Expedited options are also available at checkout — these are never included in free shipping.
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time, excluding holidays). During sales and holidays it can take a little longer. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
We ship with Amazon Logistics, UPS, USPS and FedEx. Once your order ships, tracking goes to the email you used at checkout. Some products ship from different warehouses, so your order may arrive in two or more packages — and you may get more than one tracking number.

the product should turn thick in a small amount of water. like a paste or a gel. if 1 teaspoon dissolved into 3 tablespoons of water remains watery then the quality of the product is low unfortunately. true inner bark slippery elm would not remain watery.
