Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over $69 within the US. The $69 is your pre-tax total after all discounts and coupon codes.
Under $69, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and package. Priority and Expedited options are also available at checkout — these are never included in free shipping.
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time, excluding holidays). During sales and holidays it can take a little longer. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
We ship with Amazon Logistics, UPS, USPS and FedEx. Once your order ships, tracking goes to the email you used at checkout. Some products ship from different warehouses, so your order may arrive in two or more packages — and you may get more than one tracking number.
Please double-check your shipping address before you place the order. We process orders quickly and can't change the address once an order has been submitted for fulfillment. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away — we'll do our best, but changes aren't guaranteed.
Questions? Email support@wildandorganic.com — we're happy to help.
Returns & Guarantee
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If the product isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with store credit toward your next order. No reason needed, and nothing to ship back.
Why nothing comes back to us. Our supplements are sealed, and once a bottle leaves our warehouse we can't verify how it was stored. That's why all sales are final and we don't accept returns — you keep the product, and we cover you with credit.
Damaged, defective, or never arrived? That's different, and that's when we refund your original payment method (or send a replacement, your choice):
- Damaged or defective on arrival — contact us within 7 days of delivery, photos help.
- Lost or not delivered — contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
- Our mistake, like the wrong item — within 7 days of delivery.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
One natural-product note. Color, smell, and taste can shift slightly from batch to batch — that's normal for plant-based ingredients, and it's covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee.
Good to know. Orders of 5 or more units or totaling $200+ are Final Sale for change-of-mind requests. Once an order has a tracking number, it can't be canceled or changed.
Need help? Email support@wildandorganic.com with your order number — we'll take it from there.

FAQ
How to take these drops?
For optimal stinging nettle tincture benefits, take 1 full dropper two (2) times daily, or as recommended by your healthcare provider.
- Give the bottle a good shake.
- Squeeze the dropper bulb to collect the liquid.
- Mix the drops with at least 4 ounces of water or a drink of your choice – it could be your morning coffee, a nutritious smoothie or any juice you prefer. Our formula contains glycerin, which adds a touch of natural sweetness without added sugar.
- Enjoy your drink!
We also recommend sticking to this routine for a minimum of three months to allow the tincture to unlock its cumulative benefits.
What are the benefits of tinctures?
- Quick to Absorb: Since tinctures are in liquid form, they deliver benefits within a couple of minutes as they go straight into your bloodstream, skipping the digestive process.
- Superior Absorption: Unlike pills, which your body may not fully absorb, our tinctures have a 98% absorption rate. This ensures you're getting almost all the benefits they have to offer.
- Zero Added Sugar: If you're following a sugar-free diet, our drops offer a naturally sweet taste which comes from vegetable glycerin.
- Long-Lasting Effects: The natural preservative qualities of glycerin keep the supplement potent for a long time.
- Easy to Take Anywhere: The small bottle size of our tinctures makes it simple to take your wellness regimen with you. Whether you're at the office or traveling, it's hassle-free to incorporate into any part of your day.
How do I store my tincture?
Stick to these rules:
- A cool dark place hidden from direct sun and heat is best for storing your tincture. Refrigeration is allowable.
- Make sure the dropper top is securely fastened after every use. This wards off air, thereby reducing the chances of oxidation.
- Avoid letting the dropper touch your mouth or any other surface. This will prevent the risk for bacteria to get to the bottle.
