I was having constant hip pain and my dr. recommended I try Tart Cherry. I researched to find the best and this is it. After taking Tart Cherry for about three weeks, my hip stopped hurting. I take it everyday and sware by it. Not all advertised Tart Cherry are equal in ingredients and friends have tried other brands that didn't work. I tell everyone, get the wild and organtic with the teddy bear on the box.

I tried to switch brands of Tart Cherry Gummies and decided on this one.. I'm just glad I purchased one bottle as these were more like chewing on tree sap or Elmer's glue! A "healthy" product such as this should not be so difficult to chew. Imagine a few years from now, when I no longer have teeth, this would have been a major task.... These tasted good, but didn't really help with my issue I was having with insomnia which I was told these might help. They also got hard in the jar kind of quickly. Won't reorder.

Gummies stick together in clumps; that is why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5. Other brands have more concentrated cherry ingredient. Does help with inflammation.
