When you place an order with us, our goal is to get it to you as quickly as possible. Most of our orders ship within 48 hours, with some exceptions during especially busy times such as the holidays or after sales. We will do our best to notify you if there are any delays with your shipment.

Customer Address & Order Details

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address on the order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address if it was shipped to the address provided to us. In these cases your shipment will be held until we have received a correct address from you.

In most cases, we are unable to make adjustments to the contents of an order once it has been placed. Because our goal is to get the order to you as quickly as possible, our distribution centers often process orders within minutes or hours of the orders being placed. If you do notice incorrect information on your order confirmation, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate the adjustment that is needed however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
