This document outlines the official terms and conditions for participation in our promotional event on TikTok Shop.

1.  Campaign Overview

• Have a valid and active TikTok Shop affiliate account in good standing.
  
• Be a verified member of the official Wild & Organic Discord community (accessed via our invite link).
  
• Comply with the most current version of TikTok Shop affiliate policies and all campaign rules.
  
• Be at least 18 years of age and a legal U.S. resident.
  
• Must review and agree to Wild & Organic’s Social Media Content Policy. 

3.  Campaign Term

• Sales Platform: Only sales generated through TikTok Shop using your authorized Wild & Organic affiliate link(s) will count toward GMV.
  
• Multiple Accounts: GMV from multiple TikTok accounts may be combined only if all accounts are solely owned and operated by the same creator.
  
• New Content: Only sales generated from new content created during the campaign are eligible for rewards.
  
• Final Verification: All reported GMV is subject to review and verification by Wild & Organic before rewards are confirmed.
  
• Prohibited Conduct: Any attempt to artificially inflate sales — including but not limited to self-purchases, bots, unauthorized incentives, or fraudulent manipulation — will result in immediate disqualification.
  
• Participation does not guarantee rewards. Participant acknowledges and agrees that Wild & Organic makes no representation or guarantee as to the amount or type of rewards Participant may receive from their participation in the campaign.
  
• Reward eligibility is contingent. Participant’s eligibility for rewards is contingent upon continued satisfaction by you of the campaign-specific criteria referenced herein which are subject to change in the sole discretion of Wild & Organic, as well as continued compliance with all TikTok affiliate policies.
  
• Automatic Application: Any rewards are applied automatically when you meet the campaign criteria. However, any rewards may be subject to verification or delay by Wild & Organic.
  
• Campaign is subject to review by TikTok. Participant acknowledges and agrees that Wild & Organic’s campaign is subject to review, modification or termination by TikTok in its discretion at any time without prior notice.
  
• Participation is subject to review by TikTok. Participant acknowledges and agrees that such participation in the campaign is subject to TikTok Shop’s eligibility requirements and review and may be restricted by TikTok Shop based upon product quality, seller performance and/or platform guidelines.  

Important:

• Returns, refunds, and canceled orders will be deducted from your final GMV total.
  
• Only Wild & Organic product sales in compliance with campaign criteria qualify toward campaign rewards. All such rewards are performance based only. No upfront amounts or advances will be paid at any time.
  
• All campaign-related content must follow TikTok’s Community Guidelines and comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations for which you are responsible for understanding and agreeing to follow prior to your participation in the campaign.
