Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over $69 within the US. The $69 is your pre-tax total after all discounts and coupon codes.
Under $69, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and package. Priority and Expedited options are also available at checkout — these are never included in free shipping.
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time, excluding holidays). During sales and holidays it can take a little longer. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
We ship with Amazon Logistics, UPS, USPS and FedEx. Once your order ships, tracking goes to the email you used at checkout. Some products ship from different warehouses, so your order may arrive in two or more packages — and you may get more than one tracking number.
Please double-check your shipping address before you place the order. We process orders quickly and can't change the address once an order has been submitted for fulfillment. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away — we'll do our best, but changes aren't guaranteed.

Returns & Guarantee
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If the product isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with store credit toward your next order. No reason needed, and nothing to ship back.
Why nothing comes back to us. Our supplements are sealed, and once a bottle leaves our warehouse we can't verify how it was stored. That's why all sales are final and we don't accept returns — you keep the product, and we cover you with credit.
Damaged, defective, or never arrived? That's different, and that's when we refund your original payment method (or send a replacement, your choice):
- Damaged or defective on arrival — contact us within 7 days of delivery, photos help.
- Lost or not delivered — contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
- Our mistake, like the wrong item — within 7 days of delivery.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
One natural-product note. Color, smell, and taste can shift slightly from batch to batch — that's normal for plant-based ingredients, and it's covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee.
Good to know. Orders of 5 or more units or totaling $200+ are Final Sale for change-of-mind requests. Once an order has a tracking number, it can't be canceled or changed.
Need help? Email support@wildandorganic.com with your order number — we'll take it from there.

FAQ
What are raspberry extract supplements?
Raspberry ketone supplements are made from the natural compound found in raspberries that gives the fruit its distinct aroma. These compounds may support energy levels, making it easier to stay active throughout the day. Furthermore, raspberry ketones have been linked to promoting liver health. Overall, they offer a variety of benefits that support both metabolic function and optimal well-being.
What are the benefits of tinctures compared to other forms of supplements like raspberry ketone tablets?
First off, tinctures are rapidly absorbed, allowing active compounds to quickly enter the bloodstream and bypass digestion. With superior bioavailability up to 98%, they ensure your body can fully absorb and utilize their beneficial properties.
Glycerin in our formula serves as a natural preservative, extending the shelf life and maintaining potency over time. Glycerin also helps keep our tinctures free from sugar and alcohol.
And lastly, conveniently packaged in portable bottles, our tinctures are perfect for busy lifestyles, making it easy to include them in your daily routine for consistent support.
What is the recommended dosage of this tincture?
The recommended dosage of our tincture is one full dropper taken once a day, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Here’s how to use it:
- Shake the bottle well before use to ensure proper mixing of the ingredients.
- Gently squeeze the dropper bulb to draw up the required amount.
- Mix the drops with at least 2 ounces of water or juice. Due to the glycerin, our tincture is naturally sweet without any added sugar, so you can enjoy a slightly sweet taste with any drink.
- Drink the mixture and enjoy the benefits!
For optimal results, we recommend maintaining a consistent three-month course of the supplement. This allows for a sustained and comprehensive impact on your health, helping you fully experience the benefits of the tincture.
How should I store these raspberry ketones drops?
To maintain the quality of your drops, store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is allowable. Always make sure the lid is tightly sealed after each use to prevent oxidation and preserve the tincture's potency. Avoid touching the dropper to prevent contamination, and keep it from coming into contact with your mouth or any other surface.
Can kids take these supplements?
No, this formula is not recommended for minors. Children’s bodies respond differently to nutrients, so professional medical advice is essential before introducing any supplement.
Can I use this tincture if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
This tincture should not be used while pregnant or breastfeeding without guidance from a qualified medical practitioner, as these stages require special care.
Can I give these products to my pets?
No. Cats, dogs and other pets require formulations tailored to their unique physiology. For safety reasons, these human supplements should not be given to animals.
