Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over $69 within the US. The $69 is your pre-tax total after all discounts and coupon codes.
Under $69, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and package. Priority and Expedited options are also available at checkout — these are never included in free shipping.
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time, excluding holidays). During sales and holidays it can take a little longer. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
We ship with Amazon Logistics, UPS, USPS and FedEx. Once your order ships, tracking goes to the email you used at checkout. Some products ship from different warehouses, so your order may arrive in two or more packages — and you may get more than one tracking number.
Please double-check your shipping address before you place the order. We process orders quickly and can't change the address once an order has been submitted for fulfillment. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away — we'll do our best, but changes aren't guaranteed.

Returns & Guarantee
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If the product isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with store credit toward your next order. No reason needed, and nothing to ship back.
Why nothing comes back to us. Our supplements are sealed, and once a bottle leaves our warehouse we can't verify how it was stored. That's why all sales are final and we don't accept returns — you keep the product, and we cover you with credit.
Damaged, defective, or never arrived? That's different, and that's when we refund your original payment method (or send a replacement, your choice):
- Damaged or defective on arrival — contact us within 7 days of delivery, photos help.
- Lost or not delivered — contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
- Our mistake, like the wrong item — within 7 days of delivery.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
One natural-product note. Color, smell, and taste can shift slightly from batch to batch — that's normal for plant-based ingredients, and it's covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee.
Good to know. Orders of 5 or more units or totaling $200+ are Final Sale for change-of-mind requests. Once an order has a tracking number, it can't be canceled or changed.
Need help? Email support@wildandorganic.com with your order number — we'll take it from there.

FAQ
What are raspberry extract supplements?
Raspberry ketone supplements are made with naturally occurring aromatic compounds found in red raspberries that give the fruit its distinctive scent. In supplement form, these compounds are concentrated for efficient health support.
Raspberry ketones are polyphenol-related compounds known for their antioxidant properties. They are commonly used to support optimal energy levels, perfect for those maintaining an active and dynamic lifestyle!
Do you offer raspberry ketone tablets?
No, we currently offer raspberry ketones in a liquid extract form only. Liquid extracts are often preferred for plant compounds, as they allow for easier use and more efficient absorption compared to pills or tablets.
Why choose liquid supplements over other forms?
Tinctures are formulated for rapid uptake, allowing the body to start using them in 2-3 minutes after intake. With a highly efficient absorption rate up to 98%, our formula is designed to maximize the value of each drop. Naturally sweetened with glycerin, these drops offer a pleasant taste without added sugar, making them a convenient option for those monitoring sugar intake. Glycerin also helps preserve the formula, supporting long-lasting quality and consistency. Portable and easy to incorporate, tinctures are a practical choice for everyday use, whether you’re at home, at work or traveling.
How to take these raspberry ketones drops?
Take one full dropper once daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Here's how to use it:
- Shake the bottle well before use to ensure the ingredients are properly mixed.
- Open the bottle and squeeze the dropper to draw up the required amount.
- Add the drops to water, juice or other beverages. Thanks to the glycerin, our tincture has a naturally sweet taste with no added sugar, so you can enjoy a hint of sweetness with your drink.
- Drink and enjoy the benefits!
For optimal results, we recommend taking the tincture consistently for at least three months. This duration is optimal to unlock the cumulative benefits of this tincture.
How should I store this tincture?
To preserve the quality of your drops, store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is allowable. Ensure the lid is tightly sealed after each use to prevent oxidation and maintain potency. To avoid contamination, avoid touching the dropper and keep it from coming into contact with your mouth or other surfaces.
Can kids take these supplements?
No. These formulations are intended for adults only and may be too concentrated for children. Consulting a pediatrician is strongly recommended.
Can I use this tincture if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Due to the importance of safety during these life stages, supplements should only be used with professional healthcare approval.
Can I give these products to my pets?
No. Human supplements are not appropriate for pets. A veterinarian can help determine safe options for animals.
